A Website Built for Solo & Small-Firm Attorneys

Custom design, managed intake questionnaires, and secure contact handling — without Wix Forms, Typeform, or a separate CMS vendor.

Challenges We Solve

Wix or Squarespace contact forms cannot model a real intake questionnaire

You are paying for Typeform or Jotform on top of your site host just to take intake

Submissions get lost between an email inbox, a spreadsheet, and a paralegal

Your site looks like every other template attorney site in town

Editing copy or adding a practice area requires opening a builder you do not enjoy

You have no way to flag which intake submissions are urgent vs general

Compliance and privilege language has to be retyped on every form

Your prospects bounce because the site does not load fast on mobile

Built for Your Business

Managed Intake Questionnaires

Build intake forms for each practice area in the DCS portal — multi-step flows, conditional questions, file uploads, and required-field rules. Each form has its own URL and renders inside your site design.

Submissions in One Place

Every contact and questionnaire submission lands in the DCS portal with email and push notifications. Export to CSV any time. No spreadsheet, no inbox archaeology, no second vendor dashboard.

Privilege-Friendly Disclaimers

Add a configurable disclaimer above every submit button — make it clear that submitting does not create an attorney-client relationship. We also redact submission values from logs for forms you flag as sensitive.

You Own Your Data

Submissions are stored in Azure Table Storage under your firm's tenant. Exports are always available. Leaving DCS does not mean leaving your client data behind.

Content Management Built In

Add a practice area, edit a bio, publish a blog post on a recent case (with appropriate care for privilege) — all from the same portal that manages your forms. No second login.

Custom Design — Not a Template

Your site is designed for your firm, your practice areas, and your local market. SEO-optimized so you rank for the searches actual clients use.

AI Content Assistance

Use AI to draft blog posts on recent rulings, practice-area FAQs, and SEO-friendly content. You and your team review and publish from the portal.

Fast on Mobile

Sub-200ms loads from Azure CDN. Prospects on a phone do not leave because the site is slow.

Stop paying for Typeform or Jotform on top of your site host.

See it built around your practice areas

We will load a demo with intake questionnaires shaped to your practice — estate, family, probate, or whatever fits — and walk you through the portal.

Law Firm Website FAQ

Can I customize the intake questionnaire to my practice area?+

Yes. Intake questionnaires are managed from the DCS portal — you build the questions that fit your practice (estate planning, family law, probate, personal injury, criminal defense) and we render them on your site as multi-step forms. Each form lives at its own URL so you can link directly from email or social. Conditional questions, file uploads, and required-field rules are all configured in the portal without touching code.

Where do submissions go? Are they secure?+

Submissions land in the DCS portal — never an inbox where they get lost or forwarded around. You and your team get email and push notifications when a new submission arrives, and you can export the full history to CSV at any time. Submissions are encrypted at rest in Azure Table Storage under your tenant; we do not log submission values in PHI-flagged forms; and we never share submission data with third parties.

Is the contact form privilege-friendly?+

No website submission can on its own establish attorney-client privilege — that depends on engagement, not technology — but we make it easy for your intake page to set the right expectations. Each form supports a custom "this is not legal advice / no attorney-client relationship is formed by submitting" disclaimer above the submit button, and we redact submission values from operational logs for forms you flag as sensitive. The result is the same posture an in-office intake form gives you, applied to the website.

Do I own my submissions and client data?+

Yes. Every submission belongs to your firm. Data lives in Azure Table Storage under your tenant, exports are available any time from the portal, and there is no contract or fee that ever puts your client data behind a paywall. If you leave DCS, the export goes with you.

How is this different from Squarespace + Typeform, or LawLytics?+

Squarespace plus Typeform means two vendors, two dashboards, two billing relationships, and submissions that live in a different system from your site content. LawLytics is built for law firms but locks you into their templates, their CMS, and their pricing structure. DCS gives you a custom-designed site, intake forms, content management, and analytics in one portal — and your forms are first-class features, not a third-party widget bolted on.

What does a law firm site cost on DCS?+

Most solo and small-firm practices run on the Professional plan ($200/mo), which includes multi-step intake forms, content management, and full analytics. The Starter plan ($75/mo) is a good fit for firms that just need a contact form and modern site. There are no setup fees and no annual contract.
