Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

At Duff Cloud Services LLC ("Duff Cloud Services," "we," "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and billing information when you create an account
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our services, including API calls and resource usage
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team or through our platform

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our services
  • Process payments and manage your account
  • Communicate with you about your account and our services
  • Improve our services and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

Facebook and Instagram Connections

Connecting Meta is optional and separate from signing into DCS Portal. When you authorize a connection, we receive your Meta account identifier and name, authorization tokens, and information about the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram business accounts you permit us to access. This can include account and Page names and identifiers, posts, media, captions, publication dates, links, and available engagement counts.

We use this information to show your connected accounts, let you choose a Page and Instagram account, browse their content, reuse content you select in your website workflows, and publish content you approve to your Facebook Page. We keep publishing records to show the result and help resolve failures. We do not use this connection to read private messages or publish to your personal Facebook profile.

DCS processes and stores connected-account data using Microsoft Azure. Content you choose to publish becomes available to the audience of its destination, such as your public website or Facebook Page.

Retention and Disconnecting Meta

We retain the active connection and its authorization credentials while the account remains connected. In DCS Portal, open Your website, then Site setup and Integrations, and disconnect the Meta account to remove that active connection and its stored credentials. You can also revoke DCS access in your Meta account settings.

Disconnecting does not automatically remove content already copied into your website, drafts, publishing history, or posts already published to Facebook. You can manage published posts at their destination and request deletion of the related data we hold using the instructions below. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention period expires; they are not used as an active connection.

Request Deletion of Facebook or Instagram Data

  1. Email privacy@duffcloudservices.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion,” preferably from the email address you use for DCS Portal.
  2. Identify the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account and the DCS website involved. Tell us whether you want the connection, imported content, publishing records, or all related Meta data removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
  3. We will verify that you are authorized to make the request, confirm its scope, and respond with the outcome or any information needed to complete it. We will explain any records we must retain to meet legal obligations.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. Your data is stored in secure, enterprise-grade data centers with redundant backups.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent
  • With service providers who assist in operating our platform
  • To comply with legal requirements or protect our rights
  • In connection with a business transfer or acquisition

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Port your data to another service
